Who provides Solo

TStar Solo is provided by Novus (諾斯科技), Taipei, Taiwan. Contact support@tstar.stream about this policy or your data.

Access and trial

Use only Solo access and installers provided to you. Your account and license are separate from TStar for teams. A verified invitation starts one 168-hour trial; repeat sign-ins do not restart it.

Plans and purchases

The waitlist is free and creates no purchase. Any paid offer must show its price, billing period, included features and applicable cancellation or refund terms before you agree. Team pricing does not apply automatically.

One Solo serial includes desktop and mobile access. iPhone remains in internal testing with fewer features.

Your stream and content

Use Solo only for rooms you are authorized to operate. You are responsible for your broadcast, displayed content, music rights, activity rules and prizes, and for following platform rules and applicable laws. Solo does not supply or guarantee prizes.

Protecting access

Do not share private license keys, bypass access controls, attack the service or use it to harm others. We may restrict access to address misuse or security problems.

Availability and support

Internal-test features and compatibility may change. Network and platform changes can affect the service. Contact support about problems. These terms do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
