What we collect

Waitlist applications contain your email, TikTok username, computer, streaming software, interaction preference, optional note and contact consent. We do not ask for your country or time zone.

Accounts use email verification. The service keeps account, trial, device activation and license records needed to provide and protect your access. Solo does not ask for your TikTok password.

When you connect a room, Solo processes its public live events for interactions and overlays. Enabled reports, saved settings and uploaded assets may be stored for your account. Do not put private information in public overlays.

Why we use it

We use data to respond to your application, provide access and reports, send service emails, offer support and prevent abuse. Waitlist consent can be withdrawn by contacting us.

Hosting and service providers

Vercel hosts this marketing website. Solo account, runtime, storage and email services use Amazon Web Services. Media requests disclose normal connection information, such as your IP address, to the media host.

Retention and your choices

We keep data for the service you request and for necessary security and legal purposes. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

Cookies and storage

This marketing website does not load advertising or optional analytics scripts. The separate Solo account service uses storage needed for sign-in and security. Browser-source media may contact its hosting provider.
